Candidates must showcase a thorough understanding of regional governance as well as company management, and should be knowledgeable in the company's business field. Additionally, applicants are required to hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree (S1), have at least five years of experience in a managerial role within a legal entity company, and demonstrate prior leadership by having led a team.
Specific age requirements for candidates range from 35 to 55 years, requiring individuals to have a clean legal history without any records of actions that have harmed the company. Furthermore, special qualifications include holding a minimum intermediate-level certification in Water Management Training and relevant experience one level below the board of directors. Candidates must also submit a business plan comprising at least ten pages.
Registration for this selection process will take place between March 24 and April 10, 2025. Interested applicants are instructed to deliver their application documents directly or through a representative to the Selection Committee at the Regional Secretariat of Tangerang City. The address for submission is in the Economic Affairs section of the Tangerang City Secretariat, located at Puspem Building, 2nd Floor, Jalan Satria Sudirman No. 1, Tangerang City. Applications must be submitted no later than April 10 at 4:00 PM WIB, with specific instructions for submissions being noted. The selection stages encompass several key dates: from March 21 to April 9, there will be a public announcement of the selection process over a span of 7 working days; followed by the application submission period which overlaps from March 24 to April 10, also lasting 7 working days. On April 14, candidates will undergo an administrative selection, with results being announced the following day, April 15.
Following these stages, from April 21 to April 23, candidates will participate in the Appropriateness Test (UKK), which consists of presentations and interviews conducted over 3 working days. The results of the appropriateness test will be announced on April 28. Final interviews and the announcement of the selected director will occur at a yet-to-be-determined date.
