Oceania Cruises has announced significant leadership changes along with the launch of new summer voyages to Canada, New England, and Iceland, marking fresh opportunities for the luxury cruise line under the leadership of Jason Montague, who recently transitioned to the role of chief luxury officer at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
This realignment sees Nathan Hickman moving from Senior Vice President of Marketing at Oceania Cruises to the new position of chief commercial officer for the brand. Meanwhile, Wes D'Silva will expand his responsibilities as Senior Vice President of Revenue Management at Regent Seven Seas Cruises to also become its chief commercial officer. Both will report directly to Montague as they lead their respective brands' sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies.
Continuing with the restructuring, Steve Odell will take on the combined role of Senior Vice President of International and Consumer Sales for both Oceania and Regent. Odell will be responsible for the international sales teams, as well as consumer and onboard sales teams at each brand, facilitating greater coordination across the companies.
Patricia Scheer, who has been serving as Vice President of Guest Services for Regent, is now the head of global guest services and guest relations operations for both brands. This change aims to unify guest services across the two cruise lines, ensuring consistent quality and luxury experience for all travelers.
Jason Worth, previously Vice President of International Sales for Oceania Cruises, shifts to the position of Vice President of Brand Finance and Strategy. Montague expressed excitement about Worth's return to Miami after nine years, underlining the importance of fresh strategies as part of their luxury offerings.
Further changes include Brennan Quesnele taking over as Senior Vice President of Sales and Trade Marketing for Oceania Cruises, having joined from Norwegian Cruise Line, and Shawn Tubman continuing as Senior Vice President of Sales and Trade Marketing for Regent.
Montague communicated these changes to travel advisors, emphasizing forward momentum with the rollout of Oceania’s brand new ship, Allura, set to debut in July 2025, as well as the prestige of the Seven Seas Prestige planned for 2026. He stated, "I am excited to be on this Journey with all of our travel partners across the globe," highlighting the collaborative approach the company wishes to take going forward.
