NVIDIA Unveils AI Foundry To Transform Enterprise AI

New AI Foundry and Llama 3.1 models aim to revolutionize industry-specific AI applications, offering unprecedented customization and scalability.

NVIDIA AI Foundry has integrated Llama 3.1 throughout and is ready to help enterprises build and deploy custom Llama supermodels." Echoing his sentiments, Meta's CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, remarked, "This collaboration marks a pivotal moment for the adoption of generative AI within enterprises. With NVIDIA AI Foundry, companies can easily create and customize the state-of-the-art AI services people want and deploy them."

The newly launched Llama 3.1 collection ranges from 8B to a staggering 405B parameters, optimized for use in diverse generative AI applications. As the driving force behind this initiative, NVIDIA has also introduced its NIM inference microservices, which promise up to 2.5x higher throughput for deploying Llama 3.1 models in real-world applications.

Accenture has become the first global firm to adopt NVIDIA AI Foundry to build custom models using the Accenture AI Refinery framework. Julie Sweet, CEO of Accenture, highlighted the significance of this adoption, saying, "The world’s leading enterprises see how generative AI is transforming every industry and are eager to deploy applications powered by custom models. Using NVIDIA AI Foundry, we can help clients quickly create and deploy custom Llama 3.1 models to power transformative AI applications for their own business priorities."

NVIDIA’s AI Foundry is a comprehensive service that combines proprietary data with synthetic data generated from the Llama 3.1 and Nemotron models to enhance model accuracy. This service bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and the practical, operational needs of enterprises, offering a pathway to create supermodels using Llama 3.1 integrated with the NVIDIA NeMo platform. Recently, Nemotron-4 340B achieved a first-place ranking on the Hugging Face RewardBench, underlining the robustness of NVIDIA’s offerings.
