The funds will be channeled through the Nexon Foundation to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, which will utilize the donations for the restoration of fire-damaged areas and to provide emergency support for evacuees.
In a statement, a Nexon representative expressed gratitude towards the firefighters who selflessly responded to the disaster, saying, “We deeply appreciate the dedication of the firefighters who worked tirelessly during this unexpected calamity. We hope that our support can help the affected residents recover their daily lives and regain stability as soon as possible.” This is not the first time Nexon has stepped in to assist during natural disasters; the company previously donated 100 million KRW to the Hope Bridge Association during the Gangneung wildfire in 2023 to support local recovery efforts.

Located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, the hospital spans 4,995 square meters and features 76 beds across four floors. It is equipped to provide specialized medical, rehabilitation, nursing, and caregiving services 24/7, tailored to the needs of respiratory patients. Neople has also participated in fundraising events, such as the Miracle 365 X Ice Bucket Challenge Run in Jeju, contributing an additional 10 million KRW.
Yoon Myung-jin, CEO of Neople, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting the hospital’s stable operation and ongoing community service initiatives, which include funding rehabilitation treatments for children with developmental disabilities and supporting the DreamUP program for aspiring young athletes.
