Inoac Corporation, a leading company in polymer materials that began producing urethane foam in Japan, is set to open a new store, "Color Foam by Inoac," on April 18, 2025, at the Lala Port Anjo shopping complex. This new store will feature a range of sleep-related products, focusing on mattresses and pillows from the brand's line of Color Foam.
The Lala Port Anjo, which is grand opening on the same day, is a major shopping destination in Aichi Prefecture, featuring 215 stores, including 30 new ones in the region. Anjo City is conveniently located near Nagoya and Toyota City, making it a popular residential area. The new store will be strategically placed to cater to local residents and visitors alike.
"Color Foam by Inoac" aims to enhance the quality of sleep under the concept of "Better SLEEP, Better LIFE," offering customers the opportunity to experience various sleep products through a tactile shopping environment. The store will feature eight beds where customers can consult with staff about their sleep preferences and receive personalized recommendations for bedding and sleep environments.
In addition to mattresses and pillows, the store will also sell products specifically designed for enhancing sleep, such as feather comforters, linens, and aroma mists. All items will be proudly labeled as "JAPAN MADE," emphasizing the quality and craftsmanship of the products available.
On the same day, Lala Port Anjo will also welcome a new bakery, "Pan no Tora," operated by Torums Corp. This new outlet marks the second location for the popular bakery in Anjo City, with the first store being in its original location. The bakery will offer around 120 varieties of bread, including seasonal specialties and exclusive items available only at the Lala Port Anjo store.
Prior to the grand opening, a press preview was held on April 14, 2025, where company representatives shared insights into the bakery's offerings and the significance of the new location. "We are excited to bring our fresh-baked goods to a new audience in Anjo City," said Atsuki Kato, CEO of Torums Corp.
In another addition to Lala Port Anjo, ABC-MART will open two stores on April 18, 2025: the "ABC-MART GRAND STAGE" on the second floor and the standard "ABC-MART" on the third floor. The GRAND STAGE store will feature a curated selection of trend items and fashion apparel, while the regular ABC-MART will provide a wide range of footwear suitable for all ages and lifestyles.
To celebrate the grand opening, ABC-MART will launch a promotional campaign offering customers triple app points on purchases over 1,000 yen, as well as discounts for bulk purchases. During the campaign, customers can earn three points for every 100 yen spent, and those who spend 10,000 yen or more will receive a 1,000 yen discount, while spending 20,000 yen or more will earn a 2,000 yen discount.
Both ABC-MART stores will operate from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the GRAND STAGE store available at phone number 0566-95-5422 and the standard ABC-MART at 0566-91-2766.
