New Rules For Ukraine National Multi-Subject Test Registration

Candidates must submit precise documentation to secure their exam spots for 2025.

New registration requirements for participants of the Ukraine National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) for the 2025 academic year have been outlined by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (УЦОЯО). Candidates must carefully prepare necessary documentation to qualify for the exam.

According to reports from 24 Канал, participants are required to upload a specific certificate from their educational institution. This document must clearly state: "completing full general secondary education in (month) 2025 at (name of educational institution)." It's imperative to follow this exact wording as any inconsistencies can lead to complications.

Importantly, УЦОЯО emphasized, "Certificates containing different phrases or lacking the correct issuance number and date will not confirm secondary education and can result in registration denial." This means students must pay attention not just to the content but also to the formatting of these certificates.

For those studying abroad but continuing their education with Ukrainian institutions, regulations stipulate they do not need to select categories concerning foreign education. Instead, these participants should opt for "in a Ukrainian educational institution" and provide the relevant documentation from their current Ukrainian institution. A representative from УЦОЯО noted, "If the participant is studying remotely abroad, they must select 'in a Ukrainian educational institution' and upload the appropriate certificate." This highlights the continued recognition of Ukrainian education standards, even for students outside the country.

Time is of the essence as students must make sure to rectify any documentation errors by April 3, 2025. After submitting their registration documents, applicants are encouraged to regularly check their e-cabinet for updates on any issues. It’s through this personal cabinet where students will first learn of any shortcomings or required adjustments to their submitted documents.

With the deadline approaching, it’s key for students to be diligent, ensuring all submission guidelines are adhered to fully. Participants should familiarize themselves with the online registration platform and the specific submission processes to guarantee they are not met with delays or denial of registration.

Overall, these changes aim to streamline the registration process and validate educational achievements, ensuring all and only qualified candidates participate effectively. Therefore, adherence to these updated requirements is not just recommended but necessary to secure one’s opportunity for the NMT.

For those interested, additional updates and specific procedural guidelines can be accessed online on the УЦОЯО website. Students should remain informed to navigate the entirety of the registration process confidently.
