New Polyclinic Set To Open Summer 2025

The new facility will serve over 55,000 residents, enhancing local healthcare access.

A new polyclinic is set to open its doors this summer 2025, marking significant progress for healthcare services in Leninsky district, according to the press service of the Ministry of Construction Complex of the Moscow Region.

The construction of the six-story facility is nearing completion, with intensive work currently focused on the installation of ventilation, water supply, air conditioning, and low-current systems. Alongside these installations, the fitting of furniture and medical equipment is also taking place, ensuring the new polyclinic will be fully operational by its scheduled opening. Meanwhile, landscaping efforts are underway on the adjacent territory to prepare the environment surrounding the new facility.

The polyclinic has been thoughtfully planned to include both pediatric and adult departments, catering to the diverse health needs of the local population. Designed for 750 visits per shift, it can accommodate up to 500 adults and 250 children, ensuring ample capacity to meet community demand.

Occupying 9.9 thousand square meters on over 0.8 hectares of land, the facility is being constructed with accessibility and comfort in mind. Plans include surrounding the building with parking areas and creating walking zones for residents. Inside, the new medical center will feature various departments, including therapeutic and pediatric sections, dentistry services, and even specialized areas like a clinical diagnostic center and departments for radiation diagnostics and rehabilitation.

The polyclinic is expected to serve more than 55,000 residents living within the nearby villages of Sapronovo, Ermolino, Beleutovo, Kalinovka, as well as residents from the microdistricts known as "Pyaty", "Shestoy", "Eco Vidnoe 2.0", "Kupelinka", "Brusnika", "1st Donskoy", and the quarters "Zapadny" and "Yuzhny".

Beyond healthcare, the community will also see the addition of new educational facilities, as it has been announced previously there will be the construction of a new school capable of accommodating 825 students, making this area not only more accessible for medical care but also for education.

This initiative reflects wider efforts by local authorities to improve public service infrastructure and quality of life for residents, providing necessary amenities right where they are needed most. The new polyclinic aims to become a cornerstone of community health and well-being, offering comprehensive care to families living in the region. "The new polyclinic will provide healthcare to over 55,000 people," stated the Ministry's press service, emphasizing the transformative impact this facility will have.
