New Labor Portal Launches Amid Transition From MyANPAL

The Ministry of Labor introduces an upgraded platform for job seekers and employers, but the site remains incomplete, causing some concerns.

The Ministry of Labor announced the launch of the new Portal for Active Labor Policies, which officially went online on March 17, 2025. This portal integrates all digital services for individuals entering and re-entering the workforce, services that were previously available only through the now-deactivated MyANPAL platform, which shut down permanently at 8:30 AM on March 15, 2025.

To use the new services, users need to log in to the Servizi.Lavoro.gov.it site of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies using digital credentials such as SPID, CIE CNS, or EiDAS. After successfully authenticating, users should click on the "Portale per le politiche attive del lavoro" and proceed with registration.

Users who wish to delete their accounts from the Portal must fill out a specific form and send it to [email protected]. The new portal is designed to cater to a wide audience, including citizens, CAF operators, labor agencies, companies, and employers. It enables citizens to issue their Did (Declaration of Immediate Availability) online, create CVs, and monitor job application statuses.

For CAF operators and labor agencies, the portal facilitates the management of job-seeking processes to assist citizens. Importantly, there is a link for registering with the National Register of Accredited Agencies. Companies and employers have access to various incentives by registering on the portal as users and then registering their legal entity represented by a legal representative or delegate.

However, it’s essential to recognize that the portal is still a work in progress. Currently, several sections are incomplete, and some pages related to services, such as the Fondo nuove competenze (New Skills Fund), link back to defunct pages from the old ANPAL site. This situation serves as a significant inconvenience to those seeking assistance or trying to locate important information.

The announcement of the new portal coincides with the introduction of various e-books and tools relevant to labor and welfare issues, including the Certificazione Unica 2025 for sports collaborators, 2025 updates on pensions, and guides for benefits such as fringe benefits and extraordinary leave.

Other notable offerings include the "Collegato Lavoro 2025" e-book, the "Lavoro nello spettacolo" (Work in Entertainment) book set for 2024, and resources addressing occasional self-employment and coordinated collaborations. These materials are aimed at equipping users with essential information about their rights, responsibilities, and available aids in the labor market.

In summary, while the new Portal for Active Labor Policies presents improved access to vital tools for job seekers and employers, the current incompleteness of the site underscores the importance of ongoing updates and user feedback to ensure it meets the needs of its diverse user base effectively.
