New Konooz Website Launches To Enhance Service Access

The new platform aims to streamline registration and access to community services and education resources.

The new Konooz website aims to facilitate access to community services by adding medical services via the internet. This initiative is part of a broader push to enhance the user experience and streamline processes for beneficiaries. The website offers a range of features, including initial registration, updates, and appointment scheduling, making it easier for users to access essential services.

To register on the new Konooz website, users can directly access the account creation page via an official registration link that has been provided. This link simplifies the initial registration process significantly. Users can create a personal account and access services easily and securely, marking an important step towards achieving electronic inclusion.

Once users access the registration page, they need to enter their email address, choose a unique username, and set a strong password. After confirming their password, they must upload a personal photo and click on the "Create Account" button to submit their application. Following this, users will receive a text message containing an activation link. By clicking this link, their account is activated and ready for use.

It is advisable for users to check their inbox or spam folder if they do not receive the activation email within a few minutes. After activation, users can log in for the first time by entering their username or email address along with their password.

In addition to the Konooz platform, the "Madrasati" educational platform has emerged as a pioneering initiative launched by the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. This platform aims to provide a comprehensive digital learning environment that supports distance education. It gives students, teachers, and parents access to a wide range of educational resources and tools that enhance the learning process.

To register on the "Madrasati" platform via the "Tawakkalna" application, users must follow several steps. First, they need to download and install the "Tawakkalna" application on their mobile devices and log in using their "Absher" account details. From the main menu, they select "Services" and then "Madrasati Data." A list of usernames linked to their account will appear, allowing them to choose the desired student name and request a password. A text message containing the password will then be sent to the registered mobile number.

Once users have their login details, they can head to the "Madrasati" platform website. They must click on "Login" and select "Microsoft Office account" for students and educational staff. After entering their username from the "Tawakkalna" application, they can proceed to log in by entering the password received via text. The system will then prompt users to update their password for security purposes, and they should also update their security information, such as mobile number and email address, to facilitate account recovery in case of forgotten passwords.

The "Madrasati" platform offers a variety of services, including access to educational curricula for all academic levels, virtual class attendance, interaction with teachers and peers, online testing, and tracking student progress by parents and teachers. These features collectively contribute to providing a comprehensive educational experience that supports remote learning and meets the needs of students, teachers, and parents.

As the academic year 1446/2025 comes to a close in Saudi Arabia, the Noor system has announced the commencement of new student registrations on its electronic website. This registration process, which began on April 6, 2025, will continue until May 3, 2025. The Ministry of Education is committed to providing comprehensive services for citizens to register their children easily.

The Noor system is one of the official platforms affiliated with the Saudi Ministry of Education, offering a range of educational services for students and parents, including the registration of new students. The registration process involves the guardian signing in to the electronic registration site using their "Nafath" account or through the Noor system directly.

Guardians must review and agree to the registration requirements after carefully reading them. They also need to verify their personal data and specify the name of the child they wish to register. Additionally, they must provide their current address and select the preferred schools or kindergartens based on priority. The registration process includes verifying the child's health examination data before submitting the registration request electronically.

The Ministry has clarified that text messages will be sent to the eligible groups containing the registration link during the registration period. For students who will turn six years old by the beginning of the 2025-2026 academic year or are less than six years old by a maximum of 90 days, registration is open. This means that students born on or before November 23, 2019, are eligible to register.

In summary, the launch of the new Konooz website and the operationalization of the "Madrasati" and Noor platforms represent significant advancements in enhancing digital access to educational and community services in Saudi Arabia. These initiatives not only facilitate registration processes but also aim to improve the overall experience for users, making essential services more accessible and efficient.
