New Food And Beverage Products Set To Launch

Industry leaders introduce innovative treats and functional snacks to meet growing consumer demand.

New York (February 21, 2025) – Carnegie Deli, the legendary New York City delicatessen, has announced the launch of its first-ever Pastrami and Corned Beef Combo Pack, available exclusively at select Costco locations in the Northeast beginning early March. This 1.5 lb pack brings the authentic taste of Carnegie's world-famous deli meats to Costco members at the exceptional price of $17.99.

Founded in 1937, Carnegie Deli is not just famous for its gigantic sandwiches, but also for premium smoked and cured meats, scrumptious potato knishes, and rich cheesecake—the quintessential New York deli experience. This new venture with Costco marks a momentous milestone, allowing Carnegie's cherished flavors to reach a broader audience than ever before.

The Carnegie Deli – Pre-Sliced Corned Beef & Pastrami Combo Pack features the deli’s rich New York Pastrami, brined, seasoned, and smoked via a secret family recipe, along with Cooked Corned Beef, cured and simmered to perfection for incredible tenderness and juiciness. Pre-sliced for easy preparation, these meats can be heated up quickly, making it simple to recreate the iconic Carnegie Deli sandwich right at home.

"We are incredibly excited to partner with Costco to bring our iconic corned beef and pastrami to their members," said Sarri Harper, CEO of Carnegie Deli. "This partnership allows us to share the authentic Carnegie Deli experience with more customers, introducing them to the flavors which have made us a New York institution. We believe Costco members will appreciate the quality, convenience, and value of this exclusive combo pack.”

Currently, the Carnegie Deli Combo Pack is available at 50 Costco locations across Connecticut, Washington D.C., Maryland, Maine, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, with plans for future expansion to more Costco stores and regions.

Following close on the heels of Carnegie Deli is Crushed Tonic, the groundbreaking beauty and wellness brand known for revolutionizing collagen supplements. Their latest innovation, the Korean Broth Fish Stock Beverage, combines the nourishing power of traditional Korean broth with the brand’s premium marine collagen. This new product, developed for beauty enthusiasts and wellness fans alike, is being launched just as the brand experienced explosive growth, driven by their viral presence on TikTok.

Crushed Tonic saw sales skyrocket by 1500% in 2024, proving their ability to resonate with consumers through compelling and relatable content. The brand now ranks in the top 5% of TikTok Shop, bringing in more than seven figures from this platform alone.

"TikTok became more than just a platform for us—it turnedinto a community where real people shared real results," remarked Sally Olivia Kim, the founder of Crushed Tonic. "The viral response validated what we’ve always believed: when itcomes to wellness, authenticity wins. We’re now bringing Korean flavors to life with products customers can look forward to.”

Crushed Tonic’s unique drink options have redefined what collagen can taste like, aiming to eliminate the long-standing notion of bland supplements. The Korean Broth Beverage is made from premium, slow-simmered ingredients recognized for their health benefits, combined with marine collagen to support glowing skin, and healthier hair and nails.

Adding to its roster of delightful beverages, Crushed Tonic’s strawberry milk collagen will be launched with Urban Outfitters this April 2025. Currently, there’s already a waitlist of 5,000 eager customers ready for the Korean Broth Beverage's launch.

Next, the Nature’s Garden Probiotic Yoggies family is making waves with the introduction of its Mango Peach flavor, slated to launch just in time for Expo West 2025. These yogurt-covered real fruit bites loaded with gut-healthy probiotics have captured health-conscious millennial moms and Gen Z’s attention, going viral on social media.

Originated from the original strawberry Yoggies launched back in 2023, the Mango Peach addition reflects the company’s commitment to producing products with proven health benefits, combining delicious flavors with functional ingredients like Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG. These probiotic-rich snacks promise not only to aid digestion but also to strengthen immunity.

The new Mango Peach flavor joins the existing Mixed Berry and Lemonberry offerings. Yoggies are non-GMO, gluten-free certified, and come without artificial colors or flavors; each serving contains 3 grams of dietary fiber and only 80 calories.
