MTS has announced the opening of pre-orders for the rugged smartphone HONOR X9c, boasting flagship features at competitive prices. The device will be available for pre-order until February 3, starting at 38,990 rubles for the model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and 40,990 rubles for the 12GB version.
Customers who pre-order this durable smartphone will receive complimentary HONOR CHOICE Watch smartwatches and extended service care, including free screen and back panel replacements within the first year and additional year of warranty coverage.
According to MTS’s retail chief Andrey Gubanov, "Chinese smartphone brands continue to dominate the Russian market, accounting for 80% of all unit sales and 50% of sales revenue by the end of 2024. The subsegment for smartphones priced between 30,000 and 40,000 rubles is among the fastest-growing, with units sold doubling to 5.1% over the past five years. We are confident the HONOR X9c will perform well and become one of the key models within its price category."
The HONOR X9c draws inspiration from the flagship HONOR Magic series, featuring an attractive and modern design. Weighing just 189 grams and measuring 7.98 mm thick, it has one of the most compact designs available with its powerful 6600 mAh battery and 6.78-inch display.
The device is set to be available in three colors: titanium purple, titanium black, and jade blue. It has received a 5-star SGS Premium Performance certification, confirming its exceptional resistance to shocks and drops, making it reliable even under stringent conditions.
