On February 28, 2025, the company, formally known as Millennium Group Corporation (Asia) Public Company Limited, announced this strategic plan with a clear focus on meeting customer needs more effectively and integrating advanced technologies.

Dr. Sanhavit Thamchuanviriya, the CEO of MGC-ASIA, stated, "This year marks 25 years for MGC-ASIA, showcasing our strength and continuous growth as leaders in the Lifestyle Mobility business." This anniversary is not only significant for MGC-ASIA but reflects its resilience and adaptability within the rapidly changing market.

The strategic plan, which spans from 2025 to 2028, centers around four main business categories: Mobility Retail, Aftersales Service, Car Rental and Driver Services, and Other Services. Each segment is aimed at enhancing MGC-ASIA's overall capacity and ensuring it remains at the forefront of the automotive industry.

Under the PEOPLE strategy, the company prioritizes human capital development by nurturing high-potential employees committed to excellent service. The PROCESS strategy focuses on streamlining operations to eliminate redundancy, improve transparency, and maximize efficiency.

With the PROFIT strategy, MGC-ASIA plans to drive business stability and growth. This involves introducing new models of vehicles and aftersales services, which include comprehensive automotive care and tech-enhanced rental services. MGC-ASIA aims to integrate more electric vehicles (EVs) to meet the demands of both corporate clients and environmentally conscious consumers.

The company has set strategic growth objectives to penetrate new markets, especially emphasizing the electric vehicle segment. This includes forming partnerships with prominent manufacturers like XPENG and ZEEKR, aiming to broaden its customer base and drive innovation.

During its previous fiscal year, MGC-ASIA reported impressive figures, with total revenue of 20,334 million baht and net profits of 145.60 million baht. Particularly, the last quarter of 2024 saw revenues hit 5,977 million baht with net profits reaching 95.20 million baht.

Despite the overall automobile industry declining by 26%, MGC-ASIA has successfully delivered over 1,000 units of electric vehicles from XPENG and ZEEKR and has maintained substantial backlog orders, demonstrating its ability to thrive under challenging conditions.

To expand its operations, MGC-ASIA is also venturing internationally, having partnered with CITY AUTO GROUP to explore opportunities within Vietnam’s automotive market. This strategic move aligns with the company's vision to amplify its services regionally and globally.
