Maps Group Wins Major Patient Experience Contract In Bologna

The collaboration aims to enhance healthcare services through digital transformation and improved patient interactions.

Maps Group, a prominent player in digital transformation, has secured a significant contract through its subsidiary Artexe, in collaboration with Telecom Italia, to provide a Patient Experience system for the outpatient area of the ASL of Bologna. This agreement, valued at 1,495,000 euros plus VAT, marks a crucial step in enhancing healthcare services in the region.

The financial breakdown of the contract indicates that 1,015,000 euros will be allocated for the year 2025, specifically for the supply of the reception system and necessary IT equipment. An additional 480,000 euros is designated for maintenance services over the subsequent years of 2026, 2027, and 2028. Notably, the contract includes an option for renewal of the maintenance agreement for up to four years, potentially increasing the total value to over 2.6 million euros as health facilities in the area may choose to join the program.

The division also saw its EBITDA margin grow by 710 basis points to 28.8%. For 2025, a further growth of approximately 10% is projected, with a margin around 27%.

Websim Corporate Research has assigned a "Buy" rating (Very Interesting) to Maps Group's stock, with a target price set at 5.30 euros. This reflects confidence in the company’s strategic direction and its potential for future growth.
