Madison LeCroy Announces Second Pregnancy Joyfully

Southern Charm star shares heartfelt news of her growing family on Instagram, celebrating with fans and friends.

Madison LeCroy, star of Bravo’s hit reality show "Southern Charm," has announced her second pregnancy, bringing joy and excitement to her family and fans alike. The news was shared on February 6, 2024, via her Instagram account, where she posted a heartfelt image holding up a positive pregnancy test.

LeCroy, 34, wrote, "And just like this... our world is changing in the most magical way! ✨" Reflecting on the moment, she added, "Seeing ‘Pregnant’ on this @clearblue test was the best moment of our lives. We can’t wait to meet you, little one!" This marks her first child with her husband, Brett Randle, whom she married in November 2022.

Madison is no stranger to motherhood, as she shares her 12-year-old son, Hudson, from her previous marriage to Josh Hughes. Excitement swirls around the news, and her family’s happiness is palpable. While Hudson was initially unsure about the news, LeCroy described his eventual support as heartwarming. "He was my first one I told," she recounted, adding, "At first, he's like, 'Eh.' But now, he embraces the idea, especially after we got our puppy. He said, 'Actually, I really love caring for our pup, so might as well [have another baby]'!"

The couple had openly discussed their eagerness to expand their family, and LeCroy had hinted at baby plans during her recent appearances on "Southern Charm." Fans recall her expressing concerns about the timing of it all. "Maybe it’s time I have a baby," she confided during one episode, admitting, "I’m scared." She acknowledged, though, the unpredictability of conception and expressed hopefulness: "Who knows? It could take years for me to get pregnant; I haven’t really tried before."

While the news is joyous, Madison’s path to pregnancy was not without its challenges. Brad Randle faced health issues, including being diagnosed with thyroid cancer shortly after their wedding. During the filming of "Southern Charm's" season 10, Madison revealed, "Unfortunately, Brett was diagnosed with thyroid cancer toward the end of last year around our one-year wedding anniversary."

Madison’s concern for her husband weighed heavily on her. She recounted, "I'm thankful Brett was able to get the surgery to remove the nodule, and the cancer is gone, but he's had difficulties since. It felt like every time we tried to plan our future, something stopped us."

For LeCroy, hearing the news of her second pregnancy felt like receiving some long-awaited positive news after many trying years. "I honestly was pinching myself because I hadn’t heard good news for what felt like the last two years," she admitted to her followers. The ah-ha moment has rekindled her hope and enthusiasm.

Reflecting on the differences between her two pregnancies, LeCroy emphasized how this experience contrasts sharply with her first. "It’s the total opposite of what I experienced at 22 years old. I had glowing skin, felt amazing, and now I’m, honestly, exhausted with acne. The changes are certainly noticeable, and I can feel the 12-year gap between pregnancies," she detailed.

Despite these changes, Madison expressed her unwavering excitement for the new adventure of motherhood. She articulated her relaxed attitude this time around. "I’m listening to my body and doing what feels right for us. If I want subs or maybe some fried sushi, I’m going to do it," she shared.

Meanwhile, her colleagues from the Bravo world have congratulated her with enthusiasm. "Hell yeah!!!!!! Congrats babe!!!!!" exclaimed her fellow cast member Lindsay Hubbard, who just welcomed her own child. The support and excitement from the Bravo community amplified the joy of the moment.

Madison thanked everyone for their excitement, reflecting on the long-awaited baby announcement. "I’ve been hiding for too long; I can’t wait to show off my bump!" she exclaimed. "I’m ecstatic and I just can’t get enough. This time, I want to embrace every moment with my kids, even the chaotic ones."

With all these changes happening, fans and followers eagerly await the arrival of Madison LeCroy's second child. They are rooting for her and Brett as they move forward with their growing family, and continue to tune in to see their story on "Southern Charm." It’s clear Madison is ready for this new chapter, filled with excitement and challenges.
