Lego Launches One Piece Sets Inspired By Netflix Series

Seven new Lego sets bring iconic scenes and characters from the live-action One Piece series to life, launching August 1 with pre-orders available now

LEGO enthusiasts and fans of the legendary manga series One Piece have a thrilling summer to look forward to. On August 1, 2025, the LEGO Group is set to launch its first wave of One Piece sets inspired by the wildly popular live-action Netflix adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s beloved saga. Pre-orders for these meticulously crafted sets began on June 5, 2025, sparking excitement across the globe as fans prepare to build and relive iconic moments from the Straw Hat Pirates’ adventures.

The collaboration between LEGO, Netflix, and Tomorrow Studios marks a significant milestone, bringing to life key scenes and characters from the first season of the show, which captivated audiences worldwide and secured a spot in Netflix’s Global Top 10 for eight consecutive weeks. This collection offers a perfect blend of playability and display-worthy builds, appealing to both younger fans and adult collectors.

Yi-Chien Cheng, Associate Design Lead on LEGO One Piece, shared his enthusiasm: “Bringing the Straw Hat Pirates in LEGO brick form to fans worldwide has been a dream assignment. I have always been a big fan of the story of ONE PIECE and it was so exciting to work with the team on building all the details from some of our favourite locations and scenes in the live-action Netflix show in brick form. I cannot wait for fans of both the LEGO Group and ONE PIECE to get their hands on these sets and start charting their own courses into the Grand Line.”

The inaugural wave features five main playsets and two BrickHeadz figures, each designed to capture the essence of memorable moments from the East Blue saga.

Leading the charge is the LEGO One Piece The Baratie Floating Restaurant, a massive 3,402-piece set tailored for adult builders aged 18 and above. Priced at $329.99, this intricate model faithfully recreates the iconic floating sea restaurant owned by Red-Leg Zeff. It boasts multiple accessible rooms, including a kitchen, dining areas, Zeff’s quarters, and a treasure room. Fans can dock the Going Merry at the included pier and even reenact the tense sword battle between Zoro and Mihawk, thanks to unique play features. The set includes ten minifigures such as Luffy, Nami, Usopp, Zoro, Sanji, Zeff, Vice Admiral Garp, Helmeppo, Koby, and Dracule Mihawk, along with five collectible “Wanted” posters.

Next up, the LEGO One Piece The Going Merry Pirate Ship is expected to be a fan favorite. This 1,376-piece set, priced at $139.99, brings the Straw Hat Pirates’ beloved first ship to life with detailed decks, interiors, and a large printed sail featuring the iconic Jolly Roger skull. It includes minifigures of the full crew as seen at the end of Season 1: Luffy, Nami, Usopp, Zoro, and Sanji. The set also contains four collectible “Wanted” posters.

For those eager to relive the epic showdown, the LEGO One Piece Battle at Arlong Park set offers 926 pieces and is priced at $79.99. This set recreates the pivotal battle from the East Blue saga, featuring a collapsible Arlong Park pagoda, a shooting gallery for target practice, a forest area, and a throne room. Minifigures include Monkey D. Luffy (with stretchable arm parts to showcase his Gum Gum powers), Nami, Usopp, Arlong, and Chu, alongside three “Wanted” posters.

Fans of the mischievous villain Buggy the Clown will appreciate the LEGO One Piece Buggy the Clown’s Circus Tent. This 573-piece set, costing $54.99, includes a buildable tent that flips open to reveal a larger play area complete with Buggy’s throne and three circus contraptions: a water tank, a spinning vertical table, and a hanging cage. The set features minifigures of Buggy, Luffy, Nami, and Zoro, as well as two “Wanted” posters.

Rounding out the main sets is the LEGO One Piece Windmill Village Hut, a 299-piece set priced at $29.99. This charming build lets fans reenact the iconic scene where young Monkey D. Luffy sneaks a bite from Shanks’ hidden Gum Gum Fruit, gaining his powers. The set includes minifigures of young Luffy, Shanks, and Makino, with a removable roof revealing a detailed interior filled with accessories. One collectible “Wanted” poster is also included.

In addition to these playsets, LEGO is releasing two BrickHeadz figures: the Monkey D. Luffy BrickHeadz (136 pieces) and the Buggy the Clown BrickHeadz (176 pieces), both priced at $9.99. These chibi-style figures celebrate some of the series’ most popular characters in a fun and display-friendly format.

Each set randomly includes one or more of eight collectible “Wanted” posters featuring notorious pirates from the series, adding a layer of excitement for collectors and fans alike.

The release coincides with a series of in-store events and promotions. LEGO stores worldwide will host activities such as the Gum Gum Fruit Make & Take (running from August 1-3 in EMEA, August 3-9 in AMS, and throughout August in China), a LEGO One Piece passport stamp event, and the distribution of exclusive Straw Hat Headbands while supplies last. Additionally, LEGO Insiders who purchase One Piece sets can redeem a special series poster, with five more downloadable posters available for Insider points starting August 1.

This first wave is just the beginning. Rumors suggest a second wave of LEGO One Piece sets will arrive in 2026, likely timed with the premiere of Season 2 of the Netflix series, which promises to introduce even more characters and locations from the vast One Piece universe. Fans are already speculating about the possibility of a BrickHeadz figure for Tony Tony Chopper, the adorable reindeer doctor and beloved crew member.

With the combination of detailed builds, beloved characters, and faithful recreations of iconic scenes, the LEGO One Piece collection is poised to become a standout release for both LEGO collectors and anime fans worldwide. Whether you’re a seasoned pirate ready to set sail on the Going Merry or a newcomer eager to explore the Grand Line, these sets offer a treasure trove of adventure and nostalgia.

The countdown is on. Pre-orders are open now, and come August 1, the world of One Piece will be yours to build, piece by piece.
