Established in 2008, VNUF2 has successfully trained undergraduate and graduate students for 17 years.

For the upcoming year, the university plans to enroll 1,000 students using four different admission methods: evaluation based on high school graduation exam scores, academic transcripts, National University of Ho Chi Minh City's competency assessment results, and direct admission.
Proudly presenting 15 undergraduate majors, VNUF2 also announced a scholarship fund amounting to 3 billion VND for the current academic year. The funding will support 100 scholarships worth 300 million VND for students from Dong Nai Forestry High School and another 50 scholarships valued at 150 million VND for early registrants from various high schools across Dong Nai province.
