Lady Gaga Adds Second Melbourne Date For Mayhem Ball

Due to overwhelming demand, tickets for the second show will go on sale April 16.

Due to overwhelming demand, a second stadium date for Melbourne has been added to Lady Gaga’s global tour, ‘The MAYHEM Ball’. The 14-time Grammy Award-winner has confirmed a second show for Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Tickets for the new show will be available on Wednesday, April 16, with presales beginning at 11am local time.

Australian fans can now experience ‘The MAYHEM Ball’ Tour 2025 on December 5 and 6 at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium, followed by December 9 at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium and concluding on December 12 at Sydney’s Accor Stadium. These shows mark Lady Gaga’s long-awaited return to the region, and her first dates in Australia since 2014’s ArtRave: The ARTPOP Ball.

Today’s announcement follows Gaga’s headlining performance at Coachella this past weekend, which critics across the globe are calling one of the most iconic festival performances in recent memory. Her nearly two-hour tour de force, described by Rolling Stone as a “transformative spectacle that cemented her status as a once-in-a-lifetime pop icon,” saw Gaga turn the desert into her own operatic battleground of light and dark.

The Guardian called it “a thrilling all-timer of a performance,” citing her “dexterous and luminous” vocals and immersive, five-act structure. The Los Angeles Times echoed this sentiment, calling it “a queenly assertion of her star power,” noting her “strong and gutsy” live vocals and raw connection with fans. Variety described the performance as “a masterclass in pop performance,” while The Hollywood Reporter celebrated the show as “definitively one of the most well-constructed and over-the-top productions to ever grace the Indio polo field.”

With Vulture praising her for delivering “equal parts theatrics and vocal prowess,” and Billboard calling it “a poignant and entertaining take on what it means to be a superstar,” Gaga’s Coachella performance has only heightened anticipation for the global run of The MAYHEM Ball.

Gaga will return to the desert on Friday, April 18, to headline the second weekend of Coachella before her upcoming stadium dates in Mexico City and Singapore and a landmark free concert on Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro. She will then kick off The MAYHEM Ball tour on July 16 in Las Vegas and continue with dates across North America, Europe, and the UK this year in support of her latest album, MAYHEM, which received widespread acclaim from critics and fans upon release and debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200.

Last week, due to overwhelming global demand, Lady Gaga added 13 new dates—all of which proceeded to sell out at on-sale in a powerful reflection of her bond with fans. Mastercard cardholders will have special access to presale tickets for the second Melbourne Marvel Stadium show from Wednesday, April 16, at 11am local time. Vodafone mobile customers can also secure tickets during the same time frame.

The Live Nation presale for all shows will begin on Wednesday, April 16, with Melbourne tickets available from 11am local, Sydney from 12pm local, and Brisbane from 1pm local. The general sale opens on Thursday, April 17, with Melbourne tickets available at noon local, Sydney at 1pm local, and Brisbane at 2pm local.

In its first week alone, MAYHEM amassed over 240 million streams worldwide, marking Gaga’s biggest streaming week ever.
