The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has officially opened the registration window for the KEAM 2025 entrance exam. Aspiring students have until March 10, 2025, to apply, with the application process available on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in.
This exam serves as the gateway for candidates seeking admission to various programs, including BTech, BArch, MBBS, BDS, and numerous other professional courses such as homoeopathy, ayurveda, and environmental science programs. CEE Kerala will conduct the examinations from April 22 to 30, 2025.
The initial stages of the application process have specific deadlines for document submission. According to the official notification, candidates must upload their Class X Certificate, Date of Birth, and Nativity Proof by March 10, 2025, at 5 PM. Other required documents can be uploaded until March 15, 2025, by the same time.
The courses available through KEAM 2025 span various fields, including engineering, architecture, pharmacy, and various medical and agricultural disciplines. For engineering courses, admissions will be determined based on the performance on the KEAM entrance examination, with scores normalized to maintain fairness. "The rank will be prepared using equal weightage of 50:50 to the normalized score secured in the entrance test," explains the CEE.
For candidates interested in pharmacy and medical courses, the admission rules differ. For BPharmacy courses, placements will depend on scores from the Kerala Pharmacy Entrance Examination, which will occur after the main exams. Meanwhile, medical and allied health course admissions will utilize scores from the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Under Graduate (NEET UG) 2025. Further, those applying for BArch must pass the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), with results due before the end of June 2025.
