JIMIN’s Second Solo Album ‘MUSE’ Achieves 33 Consecutive Weeks on the Chart with Title Song ‘Who’
In an impressive milestone for K-POP, BTS’s JIMIN has made history by having his title song “Who” from his second solo album “MUSE” achieve an unprecedented 33 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. According to Billboard’s latest update released on March 18, 2025, JIMIN's “Who” now ranks 29th on the chart after moving up 12 places from the previous week.
This achievement has allowed JIMIN to surpass the previous record set by PSY’s global sensation “Gangnam Style” which charted for 31 weeks and BTS's own “Dynamite,” which held the record for 32 weeks. With this record-breaking performance, JIMIN has cemented his place as a leading figure in the global K-POP scene.
In addition to JIMIN’s success, fellow BTS member J-HOPE also made headlines with his recent release. His solo track “Sweet Dreams,” featuring Miguel, debuted at 66th place on the Hot 100. This achievement adds to J-HOPE's impressive credentials as he now has a total of six songs on Billboard’s main singles chart. His previous entries include “Chicken Noodle Soup” at 81st in 2019, “MORE” at 82nd, “Arson” at 96th, “On The Street” at 60th, and “LV Bag” at 83rd.
The momentum for K-POP continues as BLACKPINK also shined on the charts this week. JENNIE, ROSE, and LISA each made their presence felt with solo albums contributing to the Billboard 200. JENNIE’s full solo album “Ruby” debuted at an impressive 7th place, while ROSE’s first solo album “rosie” landed at 47th. LISA’s debut album “Alter Ego” followed closely at 62nd position. Meanwhile, JIMIN’s “MUSE” is at 134th and Stray Kids’ “Hop” is at 186th on the same chart.
