Jeju Air Launches Discounts On Premium Economy Seats

Members can enjoy significant savings on flights to Asia and Oceania with added perks and promotions.

Jeju Air, led by CEO Kim Yi-bae, has announced an enticing promotion for its members, offering substantial discounts on premium economy seats for flights to Japan, Southeast Asia, and Oceania. This initiative, unveiled on April 1, 2025, is designed to attract travelers looking for comfort at a competitive price as they plan their trips from April to June 2025.

As part of this promotion, Jeju Air will provide its premium economy seats, known as Biz Lite, at prices starting from 200,000 won for various routes, including Incheon to Osaka, Narita, Sapporo, Clark, Saipan, Batam, and Bali, as well as Busan to Narita and Singapore. This offer is available until 5 PM on April 27, 2025, making it a timely opportunity for eager travelers.

The Biz Lite seats are a notable upgrade from standard economy options, featuring a more spacious '2-2' seating configuration compared to the traditional '3-3' layout. This change enhances comfort by providing increased space between the front and rear seats. Passengers opting for these premium seats will also benefit from priority check-in at dedicated counters, 30 kg of free checked baggage, priority baggage handling, and complimentary in-flight meals and amenities.

In addition to the premium economy discounts, Jeju Air is extending its promotional offerings to both international and domestic flights. Domestic routes will start at an incredibly low price of 10,000 won, while international routes will have varying starting prices: 50,000 won for flights to China, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Philippines; 60,000 won for Vietnam; 70,000 won for Thailand, Laos, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia; and 100,000 won for Oceania routes. These prices include all applicable fuel surcharges and airport facility usage fees, making it easier for travelers to budget their trips.

Moreover, customers can enhance their savings further through available promotion codes, which offer discounts of up to 15% on domestic routes and up to 50% on international routes. New members are also encouraged to download the mobile app, as they can receive an exclusive discount code for up to 7% off their first booking.

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the travel experience, Jeju Air is also promoting a range of products through its in-flight Air Cafes. Until June 2025, passengers can purchase discounted items such as massage devices, health functional foods, and fruits, along with exclusive Sanrio Character merchandise. This initiative, branded as 'selective delivery', allows customers to order products during their flight and have them delivered to their preferred location.

In addition to these promotions, Jeju Air has engaged in a marketing campaign through the OK Cashbag service. On April 1, a quiz was launched, asking participants to answer how much discount Jeju Air offers on hotels, restaurants, and shopping for its passengers. The correct answer, '40%', has sparked interest among users, who can participate via the app. Those who answer correctly will receive a small amount of OK Cashbag points on a first-come, first-served basis, adding an interactive element to the promotion.

This combination of discounted fares, enhanced seating options, and engaging promotions reflects Jeju Air's commitment to providing exceptional value and service to its customers. As travel demand continues to rebound, the airline's strategic initiatives are likely to position it favorably in the competitive airline industry.

With such attractive offers now available, travelers considering a trip to Japan, Southeast Asia, or Oceania may find that Jeju Air's promotions are an ideal opportunity to explore new destinations without breaking the bank. The combination of comfort, savings, and convenience could make this summer a perfect time to fly with Jeju Air.
