Three food industry giants—Eternal Hospitality Group, Toridoll Holdings, and Food & Life Companies—joined forces to host the first ever joint recruitment fair on February 28 at TKP Garden City PREMIUM Osaka Umeda. The event aims to strengthen the food industry as it grapples with challenges from the pandemic and seeks to cultivate the next generation of restaurant professionals.

Tatsuji Okura, CEO of Eternal Hospitality Group, expressed enthusiasm for the initiative: "This joint recruitment fair aims to revitalize the food industry and attract new talent." The collaboration marks a significant shift as the three companies seek to combine their resources for the greater good of the culinary sector.

Students and job seekers were invited to engage with industry leaders during the event, which included panel discussions and individual presentations on career opportunities. "We are excited to engage with students who represent the future of our industry," noted Masaaki Yamamoto, CEO of Food & Life Companies.
