"The most terrible thing happened - the mother died on the spot from her injuries before the arrival of doctors," Gladkov reported via Telegram.
The daughter, who was driving, suffered severe injuries, including a traumatic leg amputation, and was transported to the Graivoronsky Central Regional Hospital for urgent medical care. Earlier on the same day, another attack in the Barilov farm of the Rakityansky district resulted in injuries to a civilian male driver. The individual was struck by shrapnel from a drone strike that targeted his vehicle. Reports confirm that he sustained multiple injuries to his shoulder, forearm, and legs. This man was taken to the Rakityansk Central District Hospital, where doctors prepared for his hospitalization. "In the Barilov farm of the Rakityansky district, a drone hit a light car. The driver was injured with multiple shrapnel wounds to his shoulder, forearm and legs," stated Gladkov in his Telegram update.
As the day progressed, various other villages across the region experienced relentless shelling. The villages of Dubovoe and Oktyabrsky, among others, were subjected to three separate shellings. During these assaults, a total of 34 shells were fired, and there were drone attacks, two of which were intercepted by air defense systems. Fortunately, these attacks reportedly did not lead to any physical injuries or further property destruction.
However, the situation was far less fortunate in the village of Berezovka, where two explosive devices dropped from a drone destroyed a light car. Thankfully, there were no reports of injuries from this specific event. Yet, the residents remain on high alert in an environment where military confrontation poses a constant threat.
Further shelling incidents in the Valuyksky municipal district targeted the cities and settlements, causing damage to a commercial facility and igniting blazes of dry grass. The local fire brigade swiftly extinguished the fires, but destruction to private households in the village of Kaznacheevka was reported, alongside a notable attack in the village of Tishanka, where properties were damaged, and two homes were destroyed by fire.
Additional shellings took place in the Graivoronsky district, where neighborhoods such as Gorkovsky and Chapaevsky were hit with multiple ammunitions and drone assaults. In the village of Chapaevsky, debris from a drone exploded and caused damage to a car and a private residence during night attempts.
