Innovations And Launches Highlight ELECRAMA 2025

Industry leaders showcase cutting-edge technologies to drive India's sustainable future.

At ELECRAMA 2025, the spotlight is on major advancements and groundbreaking innovations across the electrical and automation industry, led by key players such as Delta, Schneider Electric, Eaton, and ABB India. This year’s event not only highlights the best of technology but also underlines India’s pivotal role as the global hub for manufacturing and R&D, as demonstrated by the extensive range of new products focused on sustainable energy and smart manufacturing.

Delta Electronics made headlines with the launch of its new D-Bot series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) aimed at revolutionizing smart manufacturing within India. These 6-axis Cobots, which can handle payload capacities of up to 30 kg with speeds reaching up to 200 degrees per second, are specially crafted for tasks such as electronics assembly, packaging, materials handling, and welding. This innovation promises to empower industries with smarter production processes. Alongside the D-Bot series, Delta unveiled its new 240kW DC Fast EV Charger, representing their commitment to fostering sustainable urban development. This charger, developed by Delta’s own R&D team, operates with 95% efficiency and features dual-vehicle charging capability, ideal for commercial and fleet applications.

“India is a key market for Delta, and we are committed to driving its industrial and energy transformation with our advanced solutions,” stated Jimmy Yiin, Delta’s Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations. Benjamin Lin, President of Delta Electronics India, emphasized, “Delta is proud to showcase our innovative smart manufacturing solutions at ELECRAMA 2025. Our focus has always been on delivering solutions to advance industries toward greater efficiency and sustainability.” Visitors to Delta’s booth will engage with live demonstrations of their intelligent infrastructure solutions across various sectors, including industrial automation, EV charging, smart buildings, and beyond.

Meanwhile, Schneider Electric reaffirmed its commitment to India’s growth by showcasing its latest energy management technologies. CEO Olivier Blum pointed out, “India is a strategic pillar in Schneider Electric’s global vision for sustainable growth, innovation, and digital transformation.” At ELECRAMA 2025, the company introduced several innovative products such as GM AirSeT, which utilizes pure-air insulation technology to replace SF6 gas, and the TeSYS Tera, which optimizes motor management performance. These products not only cater to the industrial market but also significantly contribute to the country's energy transition and digitization trajectories.

Notably, the EcoCare Membership for Schneider’s products provides AI-driven services like predictive maintenance and extended warranty coverage, demonstrating the company’s focus on delivering enhanced customer value. “At ELECRAMA 2025, we have proudly showcased our efficient, resilient, and sustainable solutions portfolio to empower India Inc. on its digitalization and decarbonization pathway,” added Deepak Sharma, MD and CEO of Schneider Electric India.

Eaton also made significant strides at the event by introducing its 9395 XR Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, aimed at maximizing energy efficiency and reliability for mission-critical facilities. Syed Sajjadh Ali, Eaton’s Managing Director, highlighted the importance of local manufacturing and innovation, stating, “We are proud to manufacture high-performance and sustainable power solutions right here in India.” Eaton's range of products includes low-voltage switchgear solutions for the solar and wind energy sectors, reflecting its dedication to supporting renewable energy growth.

The event also featured ABB India, which launched its LIORA modular switches, specially crafted for smart residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. President Kiran Dutt proclaimed, “There is increasing demand for the latest energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions to support economic development and India’s net-zero ambitions.” ABB’s emphasis on local sourcing and manufacturing showcases their commitment to helping meet the nation’s electrification goals.

Overall, ELECRAMA 2025 serves as a platform for these companies to showcase their commitment to sustainable solutions and technological excellence. With the focus on automation, energy efficiency, and smart manufacturing, this event not only reflects the innovations introduced but also the underlying theme of supporting India's transition to renewable energy sources and enhancing industrial self-reliance.

Before concluding, Delta highlighted its impressive impact over the past decade, having helped customers save approximately 45.5 billion kWh of electricity globally, equaling the reduction of nearly 23.84 million tons of carbon emissions. Such figures demonstrate the significant role these companies are playing not just within India, but across the globe, to create efficient, sustainable, and smart infrastructures.

The initiatives presented at ELECRAMA 2025 underline the event's significance as part of the larger narrative on India's growing status as a key player on the world stage of manufacturing and innovation. Companies are not only focusing on local needs but are also factoring global standards, yielding products and solutions aimed at fostering sustainability and digital transformation.
