The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the results for the December 2024 examinations of the Company Secretary Professional and Executive programs. Candidates can check their results starting today, February 25, 2025, via the official website icsi.edu.
The CS Professional results were announced first at 11 AM, followed by the CS Executive results at 2 PM. This announcement brings great relief and excitement to the thousands of candidates who appeared for these competitive examinations.

After the results announcement, candidates who passed the exam are encouraged to apply for the next level of the program or the upcoming June 2025 examinations. The application process for the upcoming examinations will start on February 26, 2025, and run until May 31, 2025, ensuring ample time for candidates to prepare for their next academic milestones.
The ICSI has also emphasized the need for candidates to achieve at least 40% marks in each subject and maintain an aggregate score of 50% to be declared qualified.
Further, candidates are informed to regularly check the ICSI website for updates, including the overall pass percentage and details on how to apply for verification of their marks, if necessary. The verification window will open shortly after the results are declared, allowing students to double-check their scores if they feel it necessary.
For those who wish to request their evaluated answer books, the process will commence from February 26, 2025, with specific fees applicable for inspection and certified copies.
