In a vibrant celebration of culture and heritage, Hanoi is set to host the "Ngày Văn hóa Lâm Đồng" (Lam Dong Culture Day) from May 16 to May 18, 2025. This three-day event aims to showcase the unique cultural identity, tourism potential, and agricultural products of Lam Dong province, particularly the picturesque city of Da Lat. The announcement was made during a press conference held on May 6, 2025, in Hanoi.
The event is organized under the collaboration of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province and the People's Committee of Hanoi, with support from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong and the Department of Culture and Sports of Hanoi. Nguyen Trung Kien, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong, emphasized that visitors will have the opportunity to delve into the rich traditional culture and distinctive tourism products of the region.
Attendees can look forward to various exhibitions that will feature traditional gongs, OCOP (One Commune One Product) products from Lam Ha district, architectural heritage displays, silk products, teas, orchids, and performances showcasing bamboo and stone musical instruments.
