GSEB Set To Announce Class 10 And 12 Results Soon

Students can check their scores on gseb.org after the results are released this May.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) is set to announce the results for the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations soon, following the completion of the evaluation process. With anticipation building among students, the results are expected to be available on the official GSEB website, gseb.org, along with gseb.org.in and gsebeservice.com.

The GSEB examinations for the 2025 academic year took place from February 27 to March 17, 2025, with a staggering 15.30 lakh students registered to participate. Specifically, 8,92,882 students from Class 10 sat for the exams, which were conducted across 989 centers in 87 zones throughout Gujarat. This year’s results are particularly significant as students are eager to gauge their performance and plan their next steps.

To check their results, students will need to enter their roll number and date of birth on the designated results page. The process is straightforward and designed to minimize confusion:

  • Visit the official GSEB website at gseb.org.

  • Click on the link for GSEB 10th or 12th Result 2025, depending on the examination taken.

  • Enter the required details, including roll number and date of birth.

  • Submit the information to view the results, which can then be downloaded for future reference.

To qualify for passing, students must secure at least 33 percent in each subject. If a student scores below this threshold in one or two subjects, they will be eligible for compartment exams, while those failing in more than two subjects will be considered failed. Last year, the statistics revealed that 6,111 students achieved an A1 grade in the Class 10 examinations, with 4,448 obtaining A2 and 8,611 securing a B1 grade.

As the announcement date approaches, there is a sense of optimism among students, fueled by previous trends showing steady improvements in performance. For instance, in 2024, the pass percentage for the Class 12 Science stream was 82.45%, while the General stream, which includes Commerce and Arts, recorded an impressive 91.93%. Similarly, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 students reached 82.56%, with girls achieving a pass percentage of 86.69% compared to 79.12% for boys.

Students are advised to stay updated and prepared for the results, as the board typically announces the results through a press conference. While official dates have yet to be confirmed, based on past trends, the GSEB HSC results are expected to be declared in early May 2025, followed closely by the SSC results.

In the event of high traffic on the website during the results announcement, students can also check their results via SMS. To do this, they simply need to type their seat number and send it to the designated number, ensuring they receive their results directly on their mobile devices.

As the GSEB prepares to release the results, it is crucial for students to understand the importance of these scores in shaping their academic futures. The results not only reflect their hard work but also guide their next steps, whether that means pursuing further education or entering the workforce.

With the evaluation process complete and digital mark sheets prepared, the GSEB is poised to deliver results that could significantly impact the lives of thousands of students across Gujarat. As they await the announcement, students are reminded to check the official GSEB website for the most accurate and timely updates.

In summary, the GSEB Class 10 and Class 12 results for 2025 will be available soon, with students encouraged to familiarize themselves with the checking process. The board's commitment to transparency and efficiency aims to provide a seamless experience for students eager to learn their results.
