"N.V.Q was involved with peers he did not know and became embroiled without intention. He is not violent by nature, often facing societal isolation due to his disabilities," Tuyết explained. With the overwhelming majority of loan uses reported to be aimed at urgent needs, local authorities express optimism about the future. For future initiatives, Châu Thị Diệu Trâm, Deputy Director of NHCSXH in Cam Lâm, emphasizes continued collaboration, asserting, "We aim to connect with 100% of eligible poor households, especially ethnic minorities, enabling them to access loans. This proactive approach is set to sustain the progress we have already initiated."
