A Loganville healthcare worker has been arrested on felony charges after viral TikTok videos surfaced showing her provocatively dancing over disabled patients. Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, just 19 years old, was charged with one count of exploitation of a disabled person following the disturbing revelations.
The Loganville Police Department became aware of the videos on January 23, 2025, when the public voiced their outrage. “When I watched it, disgusted is the only word I know,” remarked Loganville Police Chief Dick Lowry. “He is disabled and making the video and posting it to social media for your own benefit is the exploitation of the person.”
Koiyan's videos depicted her dancing over seated disabled individuals, and one particularly distressing video showed her atop the head of a man seated inside a bathtub.
