Entrée: Elegance and Refinement— Saffron sheets with foie gras and pears—a sophisticated starter combining sweetness and intensity. Crackers with caviar, which symbolize luxury and good fortune.

Appetizers: The Art of Diversity in Flavors include variations of Wagyu beef: three unique preparations, with sour cherries, buffalo cream, and served naturally to highlight the exquisite Japanese meat. Meanwhile, as the new year draws near, Genoa prepares for its festive dinners with menus blending family traditions and innovative recipes featuring local Ligurian ingredients. Special attention is being paid to table settings decorated with the colors of red, gold, and silver, with homemade garlands of berries and fir branches adorning the space, complemented by candles to create a cozy atmosphere.

One cannot overlook the silver carousel adorned with angels and the flame to ignite—small details contribute to making the gathering welcoming and pleasing. Guests will enjoy drinks standing up, sampling tartines with butter and salmon, star-shaped snacks, and small croissants filled with sausages paired with fine bubbly to open the evening's dialogue.

A show-stopping star-shaped savory cake, easy to prepare and stuffed with cold cuts or vegetables, can also be served.
