This event is hosted by Xjenza Malta in collaboration with the Embassy of Ireland to Malta.

Dr. Patten is on the verge of making history as the first Irish person to travel to space, preparing for her first research spaceflight with Virgin Galactic. Her extensive work includes microgravity research, bioprinting technology, spacesuit testing, and conducting water experiments in zero gravity.
