Final Day To Register For BUMN 2025 Recruitment

Candidates urged to finalize applications before registration closes tonight amid enthusiasm for diverse opportunities.

Today, March 19, 2025, marks the last day to register for the Rekrutmen Bersama BUMN (RBB) 2025, a significant recruitment event for mixed state-owned enterprises in Indonesia. Initially set to close on March 16, the deadline was extended following overwhelming public enthusiasm, prompting the government to allow additional time for potential candidates to submit their applications.

The registration period, which is crucial for individuals looking to secure positions in various state-owned entities, will conclude at midnight today. Candidates who have not yet registered are encouraged to verify their documentation, ensuring that everything meets the required criteria.

Registration for the RBB is available through two main tracks: a regular/general pathway and a specialized route for candidates with disabilities. Both sets of applicants must submit their documentation by the end of the day, including essential items such as a profile photo and identification cards.

The timeline for the recruitment process is well-defined, with key dates already scheduled for various testing stages. For regular candidates, the registration period spans from March 7 to March 19, while job applications opened shortly thereafter from March 10 to March 19. Candidates in both categories are urged to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications and highlight relevant experiences during the application process.

Once registration closes, candidates will wait for the administrative announcement expected in the second week of April 2025. Following this, aspiring applicants will undergo multiple testing stages, which include a comprehensive selection process. The Test Stage 1, comprising a series of assessments like the TKD (Basic Competency Test), AKHLAK (Moral Character Test), and National Insight Test, is set for the second week of April 2025.

Successful candidates from Test Stage 1 will have their results announced in the second week of May. Subsequently, those who progress will participate in Test Stage 2, which will focus on English proficiency and Learning Agility, scheduled from the second to the third week of May. The results for this stage are also projected for the second week of June 2025.

For candidates applying via the disability track, similar timelines are established. Their registration and job application periods mirror those of regular candidates, with decisions on administrative results announced in April. Moreover, their testing will likewise commence in the second week of April 2025, adhering to a structured schedule to maintain fairness and punctuality in the recruitment process.

Testing is also set to include a final phase known as Test Stage 3, which involves an evaluation pertinent to the specific requirements of different BUMN roles, scheduled for June and July 2025. Final announcements for both regular and disability candidates will occur in early July 2025, which will determine their future trajectories within Indonesia’s public sector.

For individuals identifying as Orang Asli Papua (OAP), a specific recruitment timeline has also been initiated to ensure inclusivity. The registration for candidates falling under this category is scheduled for the second to third week of April 2025, with corresponding tests and announcements spanning to August 2025.

Required documents for all candidates are stringent. They include a profile photo, identification card, diploma or graduation certificate, and school grades or transcript. Additionally, OAP-specific applicants must provide a birth certificate and family card as essential documentation to validate their heritage.

The overarching aim of the recruitment event is not only to fill positions within Indonesia’s state-owned enterprises but also to enhance accessibility for candidates from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that the recruitment processes remain transparent, equitable, and positioned towards creating a more inclusive workforce.

As the clock ticks down to the final hours of registration, candidates are reminded to make use of the available resources and links provided to facilitate their applications efficiently. The national commitment to foster equal employment opportunities echoes throughout this recruitment initiative, directly contributing to Indonesia’s broader economic development objectives.
