A 51-year-old man, Daniel McAvoy, has recently found himself at the center of scandal after pleading guilty to secretly filming sexual encounters with several women without their consent. The plea was entered on November 12, 2024, at the state Supreme Court where he admitted to seven counts of unlawful surveillance.
