Elisabeth Musical Returns With New Cast In Japan

The highly acclaimed musical Elisabeth is set to return to Japan for performances from October 2025 to January 2026, captivating audiences once again with its powerful narrative and stunning performances. In this new rendition, the title role of Elisabeth will be played by two of Japan's most celebrated musical theater stars, Nozomi Futo and Asumi Rio, in a W cast. Futo, who has been a prominent figure in the Takarazuka Revue as the top star of the Snow Troupe, has continued to shine post-retirement with her exceptional performances in various productions, including next to normal and Moulin Rouge!
