In addition to Bryansk, drones were also reported in the Kaluga, Rostov, Tambov, Moscow, Voronezh, and Tula regions. Eyewitness accounts indicated that between 15 to 20 loud explosions were heard over Lipetsk, although there has been no official confirmation of casualties or damage in that area.
Governor Igor Artamonov of Lipetsk noted that air defense systems were actively engaged during the attack, reflecting the heightened state of alert across the affected regions. Reports of explosions were also noted in the Rostov region, particularly around Taganrog and the villages of Natalievka and Dmitriadovka.
