The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction window for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET UG) 2025 starting today, March 26, 2025. Candidates who have already registered for the exam can make important modifications to their application forms via the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in.

From now until March 28, 2025, at 11:50 PM, registered candidates will have the opportunity to rectify certain details in their applications. This is a crucial step for aspirants aiming for successful admission to participating universities, which will start on May 8, 2025, and run through June 1, 2025, across various test centers.

During this three-day period, candidates are allowed to change a variety of details. Notably, while modifications to the mobile number, email address, and permanent or present addresses are not permitted, candidates can adjust their name, parental details, educational background from Class 10 and Class 12, date of birth, gender, category, and upload new photographs or signatures.

Additionally, the exam cities can be updated based on the applicants' permanent and present addresses, with the facility to select all four preferences for the examination center being available. Furthermore, candidates can add or edit subjects for the CUET exam, with a maximum of five subjects permissible, including languages and the General Aptitude Test.

As candidates prepare to utilize this correction window, they are reminded to be vigilant when making changes. Each correction requires the payment of an additional fee if there is any impact on the original fee due to the updates made. As stated in the official notice, “The final correction will be applicable only after payment of any additional fees, if required. Excess payment will not be refunded.”

To ensure ease of access for candidates wishing to utilize this feature, the following login steps should be followed:

  • Log in using your application number, password, and captcha code.

  • Navigate to the ‘Correction Window’ option once logged in.
