The Coveo Relevance Awards, which celebrate achievements among users of the Coveo AI-Relevance Platform™, were divided across four distinguished categories, each honoring specific accomplishments. The Pinnacle Award was presented to organizations demonstrating exceptional impact with generative answering technology, the Innovators Award recognized those advancing AI usage, the Impact Award honored businesses showing measurable results, and the Accelerator Award celebrated partners delivering remarkable AI-powered value with technical excellence.

The Pinnacle Award went to Zoom, which transformed its support experience by utilizing Coveo’s AI technology. With the implementation of Coveo Generative Answering, Zoom reported impressive results including a 20% increase in self-service success, a 2.3x boost in case deflection, and an overall reduction of 89% in content gaps. On the other hand, Forcepoint also received recognition, citing their integration of Coveo Generative Answering and Quantic across their Customer Hub and Salesforce, which resulted in 70% self-service success and 27% case deflection.
The Innovators Award category acknowledged F5 for its effective use of Coveo Relevance Generative Answering, leading to an 11% increase in self-solve rates for support inquiries and substantial annual savings of $480,000, thanks to enhanced agent efficiency.
Meanwhile, IGM Financial made strides by implementing Coveo on five different platforms to tackle knowledge management and improve search, achieving noteworthy results including reducing its content gap rating to 2%.
UKG also emerged as one of the winners, having streamlined unified search functionality across over 100,000 pieces of content. They reported achieving a remarkable 94% self-service rate success, empowering their clients to find answers quickly without needing to contact support representatives. The integration of AI-answers allowed UKG’s agents to improve resolution times significantly, enhancing the overall experience for their 80,000 customers.
Further recognition under the Impact Award was granted to Linde, which noted enhanced search relevance resulting in more than 53% reduction of “no results” searches. Their digital engagement transformation facilitated faster and smarter customer interactions with Coveo for Commerce.
Dow won the award as well, significantly improving its digital engagement efforts with Coveo, reporting 85% search relevance and achieving 41% click-through rates, which are pivotal metrics for successful online engagement.
Also notable was Black Duck, praised for their enhancements across Salesforce and Support, culminating in 67% self-service adoption and boosting case deflection by 7.7%. Their internal searches resulted in 44% faster case resolution, contributing to overall efficiency gains.
Alation's transition to unified search across various platforms allowed it to achieve increased self-service rates, climbing from 24% to 43%, along with recording 5.8% case deflection—an impressive feat demonstrating effective knowledge dissemination.
The Accelerator Award recognized the exceptional performance of partners such as ADI Global Distribution and Perficient, who not only enhanced search and listing pages with Coveo but also minimized null searches from 15% down to only 3%, greatly improving the customer experience and driving conversions through their technology solutions.
