Children's Welcome Center Relocates To Pont-Croix

The Raz'Moket center moves to Cité Musicale as families anticipate new childhood hub.

The children’s welcome center, known as "Raz'Moket," is set to relocate to the Cité Musicale of Pont-Croix starting February 28. This move is temporary as the center awaits the opening of the new childhood hub at Place de la Métairie, which will be its permanent home.

Located near the local media library, the new venue aims to continue its mission of serving children aged 0 to 5 years. "Raz'Moket" provides various activities for the young ones, fostering social interactions among parents, grandparents, and family caregivers.

Every Friday morning during the school term, children and their families can engage with a team of early childhood professionals from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. Notably, the services offered remain free of charge and do not require prior registration, ensuring accessibility for all families within the region.

This relocation marks an important step for "Raz'Moket," as it continues to adapt and grow within the community. With the upcoming establishment of the new childhood center, local families can look forward to enhanced support and activities aimed at nurturing and developing young children.

For many families, the presence of such welcome centers is invaluable, offering not just resources but also community connections. The emphasis on free and open access reflects the center's commitment to inclusivity, ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate.

Once the new center at Place de la Métairie officially opens, residents can anticipate expanded offerings and facilities dedicated to early childhood development and family support. The initiative highlights the importance of fostering engaging environments where young children can thrive alongside their families.

The excitement around these developments promises to bring the community closer, allowing families to share experiences and support each other as they navigate the early years of childhood together.
