Police officials reported they were immediately rushed to the nearest hospital and are now recovering. An FIR was registered against Kumar under section 109, indicating attempted murder, and he was arrested shortly after the incident.

Prior to this, on February 16, police reported another disturbing event when celebratory fire led to the death of two-year-old Aaron, who was watching the wedding procession from his family's balcony.
