In his statement, Quang Minh mentioned that he has been attentive to the feedback from the public, saying, "I understand that the trust of the audience is the most valuable thing, and when there are doubts regarding my choices, I feel responsible to speak up in a straightforward and respectful manner." He also expressed his regret for any disappointment he may have caused among his supporters, stating, "I accept responsibility if my appearance in the advertisements has caused misunderstandings or misled anyone."

To protect his children from negative comments, Quang Minh limited public comments on his posts. He shared that his children had been consuming the milk product but had paused its use while awaiting test results. He further stated, "I hope to receive testing information from functional organizations to ensure the objectivity of the products I have been involved with."
