Bilbao BBK Live Unveils Exciting 2025 Festival Lineup

New artists join the roster, bringing fresh energy to the summer music event in Spain.

Bilbao BBK Live has unveiled an exciting new lineup for its 2025 edition, including popular artists like Måneskin frontman Damiano David, Japanese Breakfast, and the pioneering duo Sparks. This much-anticipated festival will run from July 10 to July 12, 2025, taking place in the picturesque Kobetamendi area of Bilbao, Spain.

The festival’s initial lineup had already confirmed big-name performers such as Pulp, Kylie Minogue, and RAYE, accompanied by a diverse array of artists including Michael Kiwanuka, Nathy Peluso, Bad Gyal, and Amyl and The Sniffers, as well as several other talented musicians like English Teacher and Sofie Royer. With the freshly added acts, the festival now features renowned performers like Kaytranada and Hinds, expanding its rich musical tapestry.

Fans can also expect the introduction of a lively new club concept called Gorria. According to festival organizers, Gorria promises to be an “ever-shifting dancefloor anarchy,” where each night transforms under the artistic vision of different collectives. Described as a space where “rhythm accelerates, identity blurs, and the night becomes an open canvas for movement and expression,” Gorria aims to enhance the festival experience for attendees seeking an innovative nightlife environment.

Damiano David’s participation at the festival coincides with the impending release of his debut solo album, titled Funny Little Fears, scheduled for May 16, 2025. This exciting new project will showcase tracks such as “Born With a Broken Heart” and “Next Summer,” highlighting his artistic evolution following his success with Måneskin. Similarly, Sparks will also have a new release titled MAD!, which is set to drop on May 23, 2025, following their well-received album The Girl Is Crying In Her Latte from 2023.

As the festival draws closer, anticipation is building amongst fans and musicians alike. With a lineup boasting over 80 artists, the event promises a variety of performances that cater to diverse musical tastes. For instance, on July 10th, Pulp will take the stage, marking their debut headlining act at the festival, alongside acts like Hinds, English Teacher, and Japanese Breakfast. Day two will feature headliners RAYE and Bad Gyal, joined by artists such as Amaia, Amyl and The Sniffers, and Polo & Pan. The grand finale on July 12th will be headlined by Aussie pop icon Kylie Minogue, accompanied by the likes of Nathy Peluso and Sparks.

Ticket prices are set at a special rate of €65 for day tickets, available for purchase starting March 27, 2025. Weekend passes and group passes are already on sale, accommodating fans eager to secure their spot at this vibrant celebration of music. Additionally, children under the age of 11 will enjoy free entry, given prior registration.

The Bilbao BBK Live festival continues to evolve as a significant event on the European music festival circuit. In previous years, artists like Arcade Fire, Massive Attack, and The Prodigy have graced its stages, solidifying its reputation for hosting an eclectic mix of contemporary musical talent. As event communications director Eva Castilla noted: “Partnering with The Independent is an exciting moment for Bilbao BBK Live. As a festival that thrives on creativity and diversity, collaborating with such an iconic platform allows us to amplify our shared passion for music and culture.”

As the date of the event approaches, both fans and artists are gearing up for an unforgettable experience filled with exhilarating performances and unforgettable memories.
