Hosted by Paula Vázquez, Ruth Lorenzo, and the ever-energetic Iñes Hernand, the gala featured performances from the likes of Daniela Blasco, who opened with her song "Uh nana," and Melody, who closed the show with her powerful track "Esa diva." The complete list of performers included:

Among the favorites to win were Lachispa with "Hartita de llorar," Daniela Blasco, and J Kbello, who performed "V.I.P." The competition was intense, and audiences were encouraged to vote through various channels, marking this year's festival as particularly engaging for the fans.

This installment of Benidorm Fest introduces several voting innovations, allowing viewers to cast their votes for free using the RTVE Play app, along with traditional methods like SMS and phone calls. This approach aims to increase public participation, with total votes contributing 50% to the final score—equal alongside the evaluations from the professional jury, which also accounted for the other half. The jury comprised eight professionals including both national and international members, ensuring diverse viewpoints on the performances.

Before the final competition, RTVE Play hosted "Benidorm Calling" at 19:45 CET, featuring last-minute interviews and insights about the festival, setting the stage for the grand event to come. This pre-event programming helped build anticipation as fans prepared to tune in to the live broadcast, which started at 22:00 CET.

The excitement for the finally announced winner peaked around midnight, followed shortly by a press conference for the selected artist at 1 AM. The anticipation surrounding who would represent Spain at Eurovision was tangible, as the audience settled down to watch their favorites perform live on stage.

Special guests this year included popular artists such as Nebulossa, Amaral, and Rigoberta Bandini, each adding star power to the event. Their performances not only entertained the audience but also enhanced the overall celebratory spirit of the festival.

Though the official final results have yet to be confirmed, the excitement surrounding Benidorm Fest and its talented participants is undeniable. The festival succeeded not just as a competition but as a celebration of music, national talent, and diversity.

With the conclusion of the 2025 festival at hand, fans are already eager to see how their preferred artists will present themselves on the international stage at Eurovision, hoping for another strong showing from Spain. Given the performances and the public's enthusiastic response, there seems little doubt the selected representative will leave their mark on Eurovision history.
