bellFace Co., Ltd., the company behind the innovative AI applications bellFace and bellSalesAI, is making significant operational changes. Effective April 1, 2025, the company will relocate its head office and open a new sales office in Marunouchi, Tokyo.
The new head office will be situated on the 9th floor of PMO Shimbashi, located at 6-13-10 Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0004. This new location provides several access points: it is just a short 3-minute walk from Onarimon Station via the Toei Mita Line's A4 exit, 8 minutes from Daimon Station (A6 exit on the Toei Lines), and 10 minutes from Shimbashi Station, which is accessible from the JR Line.
Meanwhile, the Marunouchi sales office will also offer strategic advantages for the company, being located at 1-1-3 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0005. This office, situated on the 3rd floor of the Nippon Life Marunouchi Garden Tower (Salesforce Tower), will be directly connected to Otemachi Station via D6 exit, providing convenient access through multiple subway lines, including the Toei Mita Line and Tokyo Metro Chiyoda, Hanzomon, Marunouchi, and Tozai Lines.
"This relocation is part of our commitment to our employees and our customers, aligning with our business expansion and the launch of new services," said Kazuki Nakajima, CEO of bellFace. The move aims to create more collaborative spaces to facilitate communication among employees, especially significant as the company has adapted to the rising demand for hybrid work environments.
The new head office features modern facilities, including lounge areas to promote relaxation and creativity, alongside well-equipped meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. Nakajima emphasized, "We believe this comfortable and functional work environment will allow our team to deliver even higher quality services to our clients."
Looking forward, bellFace aims to significantly strengthen its service structure with both newly established locations. Particularly, the Marunouchi sales office will act as the cornerstone of their sales strategy, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and spearheading new client acquisitions. This initiative is expected to facilitate quicker and higher-quality service delivery.
With this new structure, bellFace also plans to focus on its newest project, bellSalesAI, which is positioned as the centerpiece for future business expansion. Nakajima stated, "Our objective is to respond more swiftly to customer needs and capitalize on the opportunities presented by our new directions."
