Bad Bunny Announces Additional Concerts In Spain For 2026

Fans scramble for tickets as Bad Bunny's tour expands with high demand and dynamic pricing

Bad Bunny, the Puerto Rican superstar, is set to return to Spain in 2026 as part of his highly anticipated 'Debí tirar más fotos World Tour'. This tour marks his first performance in the country since 2019, and fans are already buzzing with excitement.

Following an initial announcement of three concert dates, the singer has added five more shows in Madrid and two in Barcelona, demonstrating the overwhelming demand for tickets. The concerts will take place at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium in Madrid on May 30, May 31, June 2, June 3, June 6, June 7, June 10, and June 11, 2026, while the Barcelona shows are scheduled for May 22 and May 23.

Tickets for these much-coveted concerts went on general sale on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM local time, with a waiting room opening 45 minutes earlier. Fans eager to secure their spots faced a daunting virtual queue, with some reporting wait times of over 300,000 people ahead of them.

To accommodate the high demand, Live Nation had already conducted a pre-sale for registered users on May 8, 2025, which also saw tickets flying off the virtual shelves. The pre-sale experience was chaotic, with many fans expressing frustration as the Ticketmaster website crashed just minutes before ticket sales began.

"The demand for Bad Bunny's concerts has been incredible," said a representative from Live Nation. "We had to increase the number of shows due to the overwhelming response from fans who have waited years to see him perform live again." The excitement has led to Bad Bunny trending on social media platforms, with fans sharing their experiences and frustrations over ticket acquisition.

Ticket prices for the concerts range from 83.30 euros for the most affordable seats to 162.30 euros for premium options. Additionally, VIP experiences are available, with prices reaching up to 615 euros, offering perks like early entry and exclusive merchandise. The breakdown of ticket prices is as follows:

  • PL1 GOLD CIRCLE: 162.30 euros
  • PL1 GRADA: 162.30 euros
  • PL2 GRADA: 139.80 euros
  • PL2 PMR: 139.80 euros
  • PL3 PISTA: 122.80 euros
  • PL4 GRADA: 105.80 euros
  • PL5 GRADA: 94.30 euros
  • PL6 GRADA: 83.30 euros

VIP ticket packages include:

  • VIP 1 - ULTIMATE BAD BUNNY VIP LOUNGE EXPERIENCE: 615.80 euros
  • VIP 2 - PREMIUM EARLY ENTRY PACKAGE: 394.80 euros
  • VIP 3 - GOLD PREMIUM TICKET PACKAGE: 394.80 euros
  • VIP 4 - EARLY ENTRY PACKAGE: 292.80 euros
  • VIP 5 - SILVER PREMIUM TICKET PACKAGE: 309.80 euros

In an effort to combat ticket scalping, Live Nation has implemented a limit of eight tickets per person per purchase. Fans are advised to prepare their accounts in advance and have their payment methods ready to ensure a smooth purchasing process.

The concerts will be exclusively mobile ticket events, meaning that all tickets will be delivered in a QR format via the Ticketmaster app. Traditional paper tickets will not be accepted, which aims to streamline entry and reduce fraudulent sales.

As the ticket sales commenced, some fans were quick to take advantage of the high demand, reselling their tickets at inflated prices on social media platforms. Reports indicate that some tickets were being resold for as much as 1,500 euros each, raising concerns about the ethics of such practices.

Dynamic pricing has also come under scrutiny, as some fans reported being charged significantly more than the listed prices at checkout. One fan, Clara, shared her experience: "I expected to pay around 324 euros for two tickets, but when I checked out, the price had doubled to 600 euros due to the Platinum ticket designation. I was shocked but didn’t want to lose my spot in line."

Dynamic pricing adjusts ticket costs in real time based on demand, a practice that has garnered both support and criticism within the industry. While it helps ensure that prices reflect current demand, it can also lead to frustration among fans who feel they are being priced out of attending concerts.

Despite the challenges, the excitement surrounding Bad Bunny's return to Spain is palpable. His tour will cover 20 countries, starting on November 21, 2025, in the Dominican Republic and concluding in Belgium in July 2026. Before embarking on this global journey, Bad Bunny will perform a residency in Puerto Rico, featuring 30 concerts, nine of which will be exclusive to local residents.

As the ticket sales unfold, fans are reminded to remain patient and vigilant, as the demand for Bad Bunny's concerts is expected to remain high. With the additional concert dates announced, there is hope that more fans will have the opportunity to experience the magic of Bad Bunny live.

In light of the overwhelming interest in his performances, a portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the Good Bunny Foundation, which supports children and youth from underprivileged communities in developing their talents in music, arts, and sports.

With all the excitement and anticipation, Bad Bunny's 'Debí tirar más fotos World Tour' promises to be a landmark event for fans in Spain and beyond.
