Atrem Secures 44 Million Zł Contract With Energa-Operator

The contract to upgrade Białogard power station includes new infrastructure and aims to bolster energy efficiency.

Atrem, a leading firm specializing in automation and energy engineering, has recently secured a significant contract worth approximately 44 million zł with Energa-Operator for the expansion and reconstruction of the 110/15kV power station GPZ Białogard, situated near Koszalin. This deal marks another milestone for Atrem as it continues to expand its portfolio within the electricity sector.

The contract entails not only the reconstruction of the existing power station but also the development of accompanying infrastructure, including the establishment of a new control building and distribution network. The enhancements aimed at improving energy efficiency and capacity are timely, especially as demand for sustainable energy solutions continues to grow.

According to Atrem's announcement, the total value of the agreement is estimated at 44.02 million zł. The company outlined, "Wartość umowy to 44,02 mln zł brutto," emphasizing the financial commitment made through this partnership.

The completion of the project is set within 27 months from the date the contract was signed, which indicates Atrem's readiness to tackle complex energy infrastructure upgrades within tight timelines. The company stated, "Termin zakończenia robót wynosi 27 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy," pinpointing the urgency and diligence needed to meet the project's goals.

Founded with the vision to provide comprehensive solutions in the automation and energy sectors, Atrem has made strides since its initial public offering on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) back in 2008. Their work also extends to renewable energy projects, aligning with global efforts to transition to sustainable energy sources.

Adding to their growth narrative, Atrem was acquired by GK Immobile in 2019, which has enabled the company to capitalize on synergies and resources with its parent company. Through this acquisition, Atrem aims to leverage enhanced capabilities to execute larger-scale contracts, such as the recent agreement with Energa-Operator.

This project at GPZ Białogard will not only fortify Atrem's position as a reliable player within the energy market but will also contribute to the broader infrastructure advancements necessary for Poland's energy future. With renewable energy on the rise, the company is poised to lead the charge, addressing the challenges of modern energy demands.

Atrem's focus on infrastructure enhancements reflects its commitment to meeting the needs of local energy consumers and enhancing system reliability. This development is expected to improve energy distribution efficiency, which is pivotal for supporting both residential and commercial energy requirements.

Overall, Atrem’s contract with Energa-Operator signifies more than just financial interests; it denotes the push toward modernization within Poland’s electrical grid. Through strategic projects like this, Atrem is reinforcing its stature as not just leaders of energy automation but as pioneers contributing to the sustainable energy narrative.

With the charge toward renewable energy and infrastructure upgrades, both Atrem and Energa-Operator are setting benchmarks for the industry. Their collaboration aims to pave the way for advancements in power station operations, reflecting the need to continually adapt and upgrade to meet future energy challenges.

Stakeholders within the energy sector are optimistic about the ripple effects such infrastructure projects will have across the nation. With Atrem at the helm of this upgrade initiative, expect to see heightened reliability and efficiency within the energy distribution process, fundamentally aiding Poland's transition to more sustainable energy practices.
