Andreu Buenafuente and his team are set to premiere their new comedy show, Futuro Imperfecto, on May 8, 2025, on La 1 and RTVE Play. This weekly comedy program, produced by the public corporation in collaboration with El Terrat (The Mediapro Studio), aims to offer a fresh take on current events through Buenafuente's unique comedic lens.
Each episode of Futuro Imperfecto, lasting 60 minutes, will be recorded live at the LaFACT theater in Terrassa, featuring an audience of 700 people. I’m not discovering anything with that, but what I do notice is that in Futuro Imperfecto I have the opportunity to apply everything I’ve learned in these last 30 years," Buenafuente stated during a media presentation.

Buenafuente emphasized that the show's purpose is to tackle the adversities of the world with a critical yet humorous perspective. "From Futuro Imperfecto, we are working to offer, every week, an hour of good television comedy," he affirmed.
The program will not only feature Buenafuente's monologues but will also include special appearances from fellow comedians and friends like Tamara García Romero, Sergi Estella, Raúl Cimas, Silvia Abril, and Berto Romero.
