Announced on March 18, 2025, the airline has collaborated with Airport Railroad, signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) last February to jointly promote various offerings designed to ease passengers’ travel experience.
The first promotional offer in celebration of this partnership includes a lottery that will provide 100 lucky individuals with free round-trip tickets between Incheon Airport and Seoul Station. Additionally, every Air Seoul passenger will benefit from discounted access to the Airport Railroad, priced at 11,000 won, reflecting a 2,000 won reduction from the standard fare.
As Japanese tourist traffic continues to rise on Air Seoul flights, the collaboration has also agreed to extend these benefits to Japanese travelers, ensuring they too enjoy the same promotional deals. Furthermore, through a partnership with the global travel platform Trip.com, Air Seoul is offering discounted travel products, including hotels, activities, and rental cars. This discount is available for members of the Air Seoul homepage and Japanese tourists, encouraging more visitors to explore Korea.
In a further bid to improve customer experience, Air Seoul recently revamped its website and mobile application. On March 19, 2025, they introduced a new feature allowing travelers to check real-time congestion levels of departure halls and parking lots at their major domestic airports: Incheon, Gimpo, and Jeju. This empowers travelers to estimate boarding time as they complete mobile check-ins and purchase additional services.
Passengers can now easily view detailed information about the location of parking spaces and the number of available spots. This enhancement is designed to reduce pre-flight stress by allowing users to plan their travel schedules more effectively, resulting in a smoother overall airport experience.
As part of this upgrade, Air Seoul not only aims to enhance the flow of information available to passengers but also to positively influence the punctuality of its flight operations. “Through the strengthening of our website and application functions, we expect to raise the level of information provision related to airports and significantly improve customer convenience,” said an Air Seoul spokesperson.
