The promotion is designed to encourage family travel, reflecting the airline's commitment to providing affordable options for vacationing families.

The 'Air Seoul Week' event, which takes place during the first week of each month, will offer tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. The routes included in this promotion cover popular destinations departing from Cheongju International Airport to Japan (including Fukuoka, Nagoya, Osaka, Sapporo, Oita, and Ibaraki), Taiwan (Taipei), Mongolia (Ulaanbaatar), Vietnam (Da Nang), and the Philippines (Clark). Additionally, flights from Incheon International Airport to Osaka are also part of the deal.

Travelers can take advantage of these discounts for flights scheduled between May 19 and July 16, 2025. The tickets offered will be Lite fares, which do not include checked baggage. For those who miss out on the special-priced tickets, a promotion code will be available for BASIC fares, allowing for discounts of up to 20% even after the initial tickets are sold out.

In a special initiative for this May, Air Seoul is also hosting a 0 won flight ticket event for routes to Oita and Ibaraki. The first 20 customers who book flights to these destinations during the promotional period will receive their airline tickets for free, although they will still be responsible for fuel surcharges and airport taxes. The flight schedule for the Cheongju-Ibaraki route will commence on May 15, operating three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, while the Cheongju-Oita flights will start on May 21, running three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Furthermore, as part of the promotional offerings, the first 300 customers who purchase tickets during 'Air Seoul Week' will receive free overseas roaming cards. These cards will be usable in six countries, including Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam, and will be mailed directly to the customers' homes.

According to Air Seoul representatives, the airline is eager to show appreciation for its customers' support by enhancing this month’s promotion with a variety of benefits aimed at family travelers. “We have prepared this appreciation event to give back to the customers who have supported Air Seoul,” said a spokesperson. “We want to ensure that families can travel without financial burden, and we plan to continue expanding our customer-focused events in the future.”

Detailed information about the promotion and the specific routes can be found on the Air Seoul official website. This initiative not only highlights Air Seoul's commitment to affordable travel but also caters to the growing demand for family-friendly travel options, especially during the month of May, which is often celebrated for family gatherings and vacations.

As families start planning their travels, the 'Air Seoul Week' promotion presents a timely opportunity to explore popular destinations at significantly reduced prices. With the added benefits of free tickets and roaming cards, this promotion is set to attract a wide range of travelers looking for economical ways to enjoy their vacations.

In a landscape where travel costs can often be prohibitive, Air Seoul's efforts to provide substantial discounts and additional perks could be the key to making international travel more accessible to families. As the travel industry continues to rebound, initiatives like these signal a positive trend towards more inclusive and affordable travel options for everyone.
