According to Professor Montaser Qasaymeh, the Vice President of the University, Abu Dhabi University is supported by extensive international cooperation, which has helped improve its ranking in the field of scientific research. "We continue to establish our leading position in scientific research, with the number of our publications indexed in Scopus exceeding 4,000," he stated. This dedication to research excellence is reflected in the fact that 16.9% of the university's research is among the top 10% of the most cited scientific publications globally, while 27.5% ranks among the top 10% of scientific journals according to CiteScore.
The university's research output has garnered a total of 77,445 citations, with an impressive average of 19.4 citations per publication, showcasing the depth and significance of its contributions to the global academic field.
