According to the company’s statement, this investment is poised to accelerate growth within the startup space, enabling them to leverage advanced technologies to collaborate with larger enterprises. Wipro’s CEO and Managing Director, Srini Pallia, stressed the importance of such initiatives, stating, "This latest investment underscored our commitment to helping startups grow faster, innovate, and collaborate with the IT services industry to support large enterprises."

Founded back in 2015, Wipro Ventures has strategically focused on identifying promising startups driving technological innovation. Its role is pivotal, as the team connects Wipro and its clients to a global ecosystem of startups focused on disruptive technologies. This approach allows Wipro’s clients to access the latest innovations, simultaneously providing startups with the tools they need to succeed by connecting them to enterprise customers.

Over the last decade, Wipro Ventures has invested heavily — it has backed 37 startups operating across various sectors including artificial intelligence, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure, providing solutions to over 250 Wipro customers worldwide. Impressively, the venture arm has also recorded 12 successful exits, showcasing its ability to generate significant returns.
