MotoGP 25 Video Game Set For April Release

Milestone unveils features and new circuits enhancing the 2025 racing experience.

Milestone and Dorna Sports are thrilled to announce the forthcoming release of MotoGP 25, the official video game of the MotoGP championship. Set to be launched on April 30, 2025, the game will feature all the riders and circuits from the 2025 season, including the Moto2 and Moto3 categories. Notably, two new circuits will join the 2025 calendar: the legendary Brno circuit in the Czech Republic, returning after five years, and the newly unveiled Balaton Park in Hungary.

Technical skills, mental strength, and unwavering passion will be the key ingredients for any MotoGP™ rider wishing to leave a lasting mark on this sport. This unique blend of qualities embodies the core concept of MotoGP™25, which combines all elements to deliver the most immersive virtual experience of MotoGP™ to date.

One of the biggest innovations of this release is the addition of training sessions. Much like actual MotoGP racers, players will get the chance to train off the competition track, refine their techniques, and improve their skills across different disciplines, including Motard, Flat Track, and Minibikes. These exclusive challenges will take place on original tracks set within stunningly immersive environments.

No matter their level, all players can express their passion for racing thanks to the introduction of the new arcade experience—a simplified driving mode accessible across all motorcycle categories and game modes. This feature allows those who are not familiar with motorcycle simulation to feel the adrenaline of racing without the added complexity.

But the experience goes beyond game physics; MotoGP™25 will have every detail visible and felt, leveraging the power of the Unreal Engine 5 and revamped motorcycle sound capturing during real-life machine recording sessions. This will provide players with total and realistic immersion within the MotoGP™ universe.

Fans will be pleased to see the return of beloved features like the Rider Market and FIM MotoGP™ Commissioners from previous versions. A new motorcycle development system will enable players to gain greater control over their bikes’ evolution throughout the season, alongside managing social relationships within the paddock to deepen their immersion as real-life riders.

For those eager to push their limits against the best, full cross-play will be available at launch. A new ranked racing mode allows players to compete against peers of similar skill levels. The return of the LiveGP Championship will introduce new challenges, making gameplay even more exciting. Also featured will be split-screen mode for two players, perfect for intense races among friends on the couch.

Once again, the community can run wild with creativity through the integrated editing tools. From helmet designers—which even inspired real-life designs worn by Maverick Viñales during the San Marino GP last September—to customizing race numbers, patches, stickers, and podium emojis, players can personalize their virtual riders and share creations across all platforms.

The next chapter of MotoGP™ is fast approaching. The formation lap has already begun—get ready for the lights out on April 30, 2025!

MotoGP 25 will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
